Guidelines for use:
●In rosin ester: add 0.05%~1% by weight
●In PET: add 0.01~0.2% by weight.it can be added different stages of PET products such as in slurry preparation (as a solution in ethylene glycol), during the esterification step, or after finishing (by extrusion compounding)
●In processes utilizing phosphoric acid, sequential addition is necessary to avoid undesired interactions. Antioxidant 1425 can be used in combination with other additives in polyesters, including antioxidants, UV absorbers, and benzoate light stabilizers.
●Good resistant to light,oxidization and heat(above 250℃)
●Excellent color and color stability.it doesn't change the color of the polymer and even can imporved the color.
●Compatible with polyolefins,polyesters and crosslinked elastomers(NBR)
●Good resistance to extraction
●It is especially for mater with large surface area including polyester and PP fiber
